Position Summary:  
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized support to our residents. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster a safe and caring environment. Your presence will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct care to residents while recognizing their individual needs and encouraging independence. 

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care. 

• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment by assisting with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes. 

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support. 

• Follow all state regulations, including required training and certifications. 

Qualifications:  

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, demonstrating empathy and dedication. 

• Certifications: Must have a Home Health Aide or CNA license. 

• Screenings: Favorable Level II background check in compliance with Federal and State regulations, a negative TB examination, and a statement confirming freedom from communicable diseases. 

• Reliability: Dependable transportation to commute between facilities. 

• Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
