Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Missouri SLPA license is required
• Previous experience in an elementary or school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support elementary-aged students
• Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with SLP supervisors, teachers, and families
• Strong time management and adaptability within busy school environments
• Must successfully complete district fingerprinting and onboarding requirements prior to the start date

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision to students in an elementary school
• Support students’ communication goals through both individual and small group sessions
• Implement prescribed therapy plans, documenting progress and communicating regularly with the supervising SLP
• Attend and participate in meetings or trainings as assigned
• Help ensure compliance with IEP goals and district guidelines
