As a Senior Business System Analyst within PNC's AMG Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams.• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, translating business needs into detailed functional, technical, and data mapping requirements while assessing business impact• Solid understanding of E2E product development lifecycle, familiar with UX/UI principle, system integration, and API based solutions• Experience supporting and executing multiple testing phases, including requirements validation, functional testing, integration testing, UAT• Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging automation and streamlined workflows to increase operational efficiencyPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
