Maximum of five RTO days will be approved for 13 weeks, seven RTO days for 18 weeks 2. For any approved requests more than five days, the traveler is required to add the time to the end of the contract to allow a full 13-week assignment. 3. All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Diagnosis: Cardiology (ACS, NSTEMI, HF management, pre and post cath care, arrhythmia management), EPS (pacemaker placement, arrhythmia management), Cardiac Surgery (CABG, Valve replacement, TAVR, etc.), Vascular Surgery (amputations, fem-pop bypass, etc), Advanced Heart Failure (pre and post heart transplant, Ventricular Assist Device, inotrope support, HF). Special Procedures/Unit details: Provider Coverage is dependent on primary team. All teams have an on-call provider 24/7. Most teams have a provider in-house 24/7. Special Equipment: Safe Patient Mobilization equipment (ceiling lifts) in the majority of patient rooms.
