Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Inbound calls handling and route calls to team members weekly training updates with staff QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
