Precision Fulfillment Specialist

The Role The Newport Fulfillment Associate is responsible for executing the day-to-day fulfillment operations that power customer delivery. This role ensures inventory accuracy, order precision, and timely shipment while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where attention to detail, urgency, and accountability directly influence customer satisfaction and revenue retention. What You’ll Own End-to-end order fulfillment including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency Execution of daily warehouse operations across logistics, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory handling Preparing shipments to standard, including assembling boxes, packing to specific guidelines, palletizing, and optimizing warehouse space Inventory awareness and management, including monitoring product and material levels and proactively alerting the Warehouse Manager to shortages Supporting inbound operations, including safe and efficient unloading of incoming containers and shipments Maintaining clean, organized, and safe workstations and warehouse environment throughout the day Performing quality control checks to ensure every order is complete, accurate, and meets fulfillment standards Proactively identifying and communicating risks related to inventory gaps, delays, or order issues What Success Looks Like Work is completed safely and consistently, with no preventable safety incidents Orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy, meeting daily operational demands without sacrificing quality The associate operates with independence and pace, staying productive without needing constant direction The warehouse remains clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency at all times Inventory and materials are actively monitored, with shortages flagged before they disrupt operations Communication is clear, timely, and effective, preventing delays across team, vendors, and customers Equipment and tools (e.g., pallet jack) are used safely and effectively as part of daily operations Physical demands of the role are handled consistently, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stacking, and standing throughout the shift The associate shows up on time, energized, and ready to contribute, maintaining a positive and reliable presence What It Takes to Win Ownership & self-direction: stays productive without constant direction and keeps pace with business needs Reliability & consistency : shows up on time, dependable, and ready to execute daily Safety-first mindset: prioritizes safe execution in all tasks Organization & time management : manages workload efficiently and maintains structured workflows Communication : clearly communicates with coworkers, vendors, and customers Willingness to learn: actively builds skills and contributes beyond core responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
