NIGHT AUDIT/OVERNIGHT SECURITY

Job Location: Arizona - Chandler, AZ 85224 Position Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHT 11PM-7AM. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. 2 NIGHT AUDIT SHIFTS AND 2 OVERNIGHT SECURITY SHIFTS PER WEEK. Responsibilities Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and all related reports for daily accuracy. Prepare various audit worksheets and the Daily Flash Reports. Assume responsibilities of Manager on Duty from midnight until the morning shift arrives. Log guest complaints into the Front Desk Communication or Log Book. Register guests into the hotel and check guests out. Balance and audit all room and tax charges, cashier reports, and guest and house accounts. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports, including customer tracking, market segmentation, and food and beverage revenue reports. Communicate with other hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and request or provide information. Perform Guest Service Representative functions, including booking reservations, answering calls, and notifying guests of messages. Facilitate proper security of department keys and respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity. Make daily deposits as applicable. Verify room charges and rates; ensure the register has appropriate starting cash. Manage daily paperwork, including occupancy reports, guest lists, cash drawer summaries, balance sheets, account summaries, history files, and housekeeping reports. Submit reports to the corporate office as appropriate. Monitor room availability and block rooms to handle guest requests. Perform and document security walks on a regular basis. Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and their implementation. Prepare continental breakfast on time and replenish breakfast items as needed. Perform duties of a Guest Service Agent, including laundry functions as directed. Make management decisions in the manager's absence as required. Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Follow company policies and procedures.
