The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Nominated as a James Beard 'Outstanding Restaurant', Noodle Bar is David Chang's first Momofuku restaurant. Opened in 2004, Noodle remains Momofuku's flagship location. As the birthplace of our pork buns, Noodle Bar serves ramen as well as a roster of seasonal dishes and chef specials.
About the Job
As a Line Cook you will conquer the grill, noodle and bun stations that make up the unique line in our fast paced, open kitchen. Working at Momofuku's foundation, you will be immersed in our company culture and values while working alongside the chefs as they constantly evolve and reinvent Noodle Bar as we grow. Producing high volume food while never compromising quality, you will refine your cooking techniques and speed. Tasked with mastering the stations, you will also be accountable for cleanliness as well as food and equipment safety knowledge.

- At least 2 years of line experience
- High volume restaurant experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen, executing high quality food
- A passion for food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
- An enthusiasm to learn and grow with us!
