Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Jamaica Plain, MA area. Pay & Benefits Increased skilled visit rates OASIS Start of Care - $160 per visit Flexible scheduling - build your day around your life Mileage reimbursement Ongoing education and professional development Supportive clinical leadership and administrative team What You'll Do As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including: Evaluating patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve movement, function, and independence Providing therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and fall prevention strategies Assessing home environments and recommending safety modifications or assistive devices Educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation Every day is different, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps them remain safely at home.
