Position: HR Recruiter (High-Volume, Full-Cycle) Location: Richmond/McLean, VA (Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our Customer Operations Recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone with full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent for customer operations and contact center positions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting advisor throughout the hiring process. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates for high-volume, non-exempt customer operations and contact center roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. Facilitate interview debriefs and consensus meetings with hiring teams to drive efficient hiring decisions. Present and negotiate employment offers, ensuring successful candidate acceptance and closure. Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and recruiting colleagues to ensure compliance and process excellence. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout requisition management and candidate tracking activities. Monitor recruiting metrics and work proactively to meet hiring targets and time-to-fill goals. Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers regarding talent availability, hiring trends, and recruitment strategies. Navigate ambiguity and adapt recruiting strategies to meet changing business needs. Deliver exceptional candidate engagement and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments; contact center or customer operations recruiting experience is highly preferred. Strong ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions. Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively. Demonstrated success meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong candidate relationship management and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, customer operations, or other high-volume non-exempt roles. Experience facilitating hiring manager calibration and interview debrief sessions. Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience. Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and recruiting methodologies.
