What You’ll Do
As a Shift Lead, you will take ownership of your shift, ensuring both your team and guests enjoy the best experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Act as manager in charge when store leadership is not present
- Maintain store cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and manage cash handling procedures
- Drive sales performance and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members
- Open or close the store as needed and handle any guest concerns
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail or food service preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs , stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Passion for Jamba’s brand, products, and guest service
