Location: Bakersfield, CA

Overview:
Our dermatology practice is seeking a Dermatologist to provide comprehensive medical dermatology services in a supportive outpatient setting. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a low-stress environment, manageable patient volume, and no call responsibilities while focusing on high-quality patient care.

Position Offers:
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Competitive compensation up to $420K DOE
• No call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and medical dermatology assessments
• Diagnose and treat common skin conditions and concerns
• Conduct skin checks and mole evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Perform minor in-office dermatologic procedures
• Educate patients on skin health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support continuity of care

Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in medical dermatology
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
