Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep.
- Ensure all orders are accurate before they leave the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
- Restock food and supplies throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Minimize food waste and properly rotate inventory (FIFO).
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Communicate effectively with the cashier and management.
Skills
- Previous grill and fryer experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to follow recipes and portion standards.
- Reliable transportation is required.
