We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION: As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.EDUCATION & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: In addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in any of the following areas -OR- High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience. Looking for experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.OTHER REQUIREMENTS: To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver's license and safe driving habits. And while you work in your assigned region where you live, there is occasional travel outside of your area; as well as on-call and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits. Generally starting at $25 - $34 per hour. The pay of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
