Seasonal Groundskeeper

Job Description

Seasonal Groundskeeper | $19/hr

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Aventure Staffing is looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a local agricultural company as a Seasonal Groundskeeper! In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining facilities, ensuring outdoor spaces are safe, clean, and beautifully kept. This includes handling everything from mowing and weeding to operating various facility equipment. This is an excellent seasonal opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, has great physical stamina, and takes pride in a job well done. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Assist with overall facility upkeep to ensure a safe environment
• Operate a variety of equipment including mowers, hand sprayers, and forklifts
• Respond to maintenance needs as they arise
• Perform related work as required

Requirements:

• Ability to perform a variety of physical labor activities as needed (including using hand/power tools, stooping, bending, and climbing)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Demonstrated good attendance record and reliability
• Prior experience operating lawn maintenance equipment or forklifts is a plus!

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
• Paid Every Friday!
