Part-Time Outpatient Primary Care Physician Opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid New York State medical license.
• DEA registration is mandatory.
• A strong commitment to providing primary care across all age groups is essential.

Recruitment Package

We provide a competitive base salary with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Salary Range: $250,000 - $260,000 for full-time positions (prorated for part-time status).
• The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality-related incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation relevant to the role.
• Providers typically receive a CME allowance along with other benefits from their medical group employer.
• Starting Bonus: Up to $75,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
• Comprehensive Benefits: Including health, vision, and dental insurance (part-time eligibility for those working 30 or more hours per pay period).
• Paid malpractice coverage, including tail coverage after employment with our organization.
