Infrastructure Analyst

Infrastructure Analyst Provide O&M support for production systems, addressing end-user needs and maintaining the integrity of infrastructure and network services. Contribute as a lead technical resource on projects, offering consultative support and technical expertise in system administration and support services. Address moderately complex tasks and projects, ensuring minimal risk and optimal business unit performance. Leverage specialized expertise within one or more areas of focus. Troubleshoot existing information systems, applications, middleware, or networks, proposing and evaluating solutions against decision criteria. Lead a team responsible for resolving escalated support issues, collaborating with senior operations, development personnel, and service providers. Offer technical expertise across business functions, identifying opportunities for process improvements through innovative technologies. Research and analyze technologies within specialized areas of expertise, assessing emerging trends and recommending new products or tools for organizational adoption. Provide recommendations that influence long-term technology strategy and planning for multiple business units. Assist in the development and analysis of source selection strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise business strategy and architecture. Act as a consultant and escalation point for technical issues, providing guidance to project managers and enabling swift response to inquiries related to programs/projects. Conduct technical analyses to define, assess, and monitor the technical aspects of programs/projects or services. Design innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies, recommending short-term alternatives when necessary.
