Building and Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Do you enjoy fixing things and preventing problems before they happen?
Are you organized, detail-focused, and self-directed?
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing conditions?
Bringing 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience?

What you’ll do

Handle light carpentry: repair windows, doors, door hardware, screens, and furniture.
Complete minor electrical and plumbing tasks and appliance upkeep, including fans and emergency/exit lighting.
Execute preventive maintenance on the building, equipment, and grounds to reduce downtime.
Inspect facilities routinely; note and correct deficiencies, and report wear, defects, and deterioration promptly.
Immediately notify management when emergencies point to major repair needs.
Eliminate safety hazards to protect people and property.
Perform landscaping and general grounds care.

What you bring

2–3 years of related maintenance experience.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in varied environments, including outdoors.
Solid maintenance and repair skill set.
