Assignment Details

Requirements

• Active NY LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience required

• Recent SNF, rehabilitation, Med-Surg, or hospital experience may be considered

• Current BLS certification required

• Must pass a medication administration/med pass test

• Must successfully complete a clinical observation
