Registered Nurse (RN) | Ready to Use Your Skills Outside the Hospital or ECF Setting?

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | NO On-Call | NO Weekends

We are looking for nurses who want to use their RN skills in a setting where they can slow down, think critically, and build meaningful relationships while supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes.

No experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? That’s okay. We’ll teach you. 

What you’ll do: 

• Provide nursing oversight across residential homes 

• Coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns 

• Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams 

• Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care 

• Participate in quality improvement and audit activities 

What we’re looking for: 

• Active RN License 

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required 

• Passion for person-centered care and collaboration
