Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized company in the steel industry (steel mill, open-die forging, toolmaking) with 75 employees and are looking to recruit a CNC machinist (milling technology specialist) (m/f/d) as soon as possible. As a machining mechanic (m/f/d), you will manufacture forming tools and other high-quality parts and components for our customers in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. We also continue to work on the forming tools required for our internal hot forming. We have a modern fleet of CNC machines, including HSC and 5-axis milling machines, available for this purpose. You will cooperate with all teams of our well-trained specialists from all areas of toolmaking, such as turning, eroding, etc. You are independently responsible for the dimensional control of the components you process and manufacture. Your profile: You have completed vocational training as a cutting mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will have several years of professional experience in processing high-alloy steel materials and complex geometries. You are familiar with Heidenhain 530 controls. Experience in HSC and 5-axis milling technology is advantageous. You are independent and motivated, have a high level of quality awareness and are a team player.
