ABOUT THE ROLE

The Warehouse Associate II - truck loader at S&S Activewear is responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse. The Truck loader will be responsible for loading product on trucks, using hands and arms in handling and following safety and related work procedures. Aside from loading trucks, his/her job description also entails properly arranging or storing of items, attaches identifying labels or inbound cases. They are responsible for maintaining an organized workstation to assist with streamlining of products to their final destinations within our Automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, delivering and receiving product from the conveyor systems; interfacing with customers; processing of received goods; replenishing product within our automated picking system; fulfilling customer orders; reviewing and packing the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product is up to shipping standards.

COMPENSATION

Internal pay adjustments follow our standardized, level‑based wage structure to ensure fairness and consistency. Promotions and demotions result in predefined increases or decreases tied to the job level. Lateral moves do not result in a pay change.

Final compensation is based on the employee’s current rate and the applicable regional wage progression. For additional information, please contact your Human Resources Business Partner.

Standard Level Wage Differentials - United States

The following hourly differentials apply between job levels (up to the amounts listed below):

• Level 2 ↔ Level 3: $1.00
• Level 3 ↔ Level 4: $1.00
• Level 4 ↔ Level 5: $1.25
• Level 5 ↔ Level 6: $1.25
• Level 6 ↔ Level 7: $1.50

Sunday - Wednesday (10AM-8:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operate all material handling equipment needed to perform primary role (order picker cart).
• Perform and complete daily safety inspections check list for all equipment used.
• Effectively utilize/operate and navigate the data collection equipment used in the department (RF Scanners, Tablets, etc.)
• Perform discrepancy counts, recounts and user created cycle counts as assigned and directed.
• Provide assistance support to all other functions within the department such as Case Pick, Restock, transfer, pulling, staging and checking.
• Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements CPH – count per hour.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
• Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
