Manager Trainee

Description New Balance is a running and athletic shoe store. We are looking for people willing to learn and be trained to provide customers with a great retail experience. Inside sales and customer service in a full service retail athletic shoe store. Ability to interact with customers and understand their needs in footwear, and be able to learn and manage a sales team. Individual will be trained in all aspects of the business, sales inventory and customer service. Must be availability to work a wide variety of business hours, including weekends, but no nights required. Skills / Requirements Inside sales and customer service in a full service retail athletic shoe store. Ability to interact with customers and understand their needs in footwear. Will train to educate and demonstrate differences in types of foot wear and technologies of New Balance footwear, manage inventory and all aspects of the store. Important Notes An availability to work a wide variety of business hours, including weekends, no nights are necessary, as our stores close at 6:00 PM.
