We’re seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity unit in Fallon, Nevada . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with critical care experience to provide advanced care in a supportive hospital environment.

Position Overview:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU

• Monitor hemodynamic status and manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and other advanced therapies

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Document care accurately and comply with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active NV RN license (or compact license accepted)

• BLS & ACLS required

• 2+ years of ICU experience preferred

• Experience with ventilated patients and critical care monitoring

• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
