- 4+ years building inspection and condition assessment in NYC
- Masonry, Steel, Joists, Girders, Trusses, Concrete, Welding, Rebar
- Fire resistance
- Experience with NYC Department of Buildings codes
- Ability to work at heights at times
- AutoCAD skills desired
- Command of the English language for report writing
- AWS Welding Inspection
- QEWI and NYCHA
- ICC Certifications
- ICC Concrete Field Testing, Welding, Rebar, Welding
- Run projects from Beginning to End
- Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities = owners, subcontractors etc.
