This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD What You Will Do Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges Qualifications You Must Have Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to start Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers Qualifications We Prefer Experience with circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations Benefits medical dental vision life insurance short-term disability long-term disability 401(k) match flexible spending accounts flexible work schedules employee assistance program Employee Scholar Program parental leave paid time off holidays Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
