Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications, both current and in good standing.\n5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with deep expertise across HRSD, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and CMDB.\nProven experience leading ServiceNow platform upgrades, optimizations, governance initiatives, and enterprise-scale enhancements.\nDemonstrated ability to function as a technical lead, providing architectural guidance, mentoring developers, and independently delivering complex solutions.\nAssociate's degree. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Previous experience supporting a healthcare system or other highly regulated enterprise environment.\nExperience establishing or transforming a ServiceNow platform into a highly optimized, mature operating model with measurable improvements in adoption, automation, and service delivery. Job Description Join a leading health system in the Philadelphia suburbs as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, serving as the organization's senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform and driving enterprise-wide platform optimization, modernization, and long-term strategy. This hands-on leadership role will guide platform upgrades, enhancements, governance, and best practices across key ServiceNow modules, ensuring scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions that support both IT and business operations. The Technical Lead will partner closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and platform owners to identify opportunities for improvement while providing technical direction and mentorship to the broader team. This individual will leverage deep expertise across HRSD, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and CMDB modules to design and implement solutions that improve service delivery, automation, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience working in highly mature ServiceNow environments and can confidently assess the current state, establish a roadmap toward optimization, and help execute that vision through both leadership and hands-on development.
