Salesforce Consulting Services / Salesforce Software Developer (Consultant)

Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Task 1: Retirement of Custom Code Consultant will repair and/or translate custom code into a no-code solution

• Task 1 Deliverables:

1. Review existing custom code, update code as needed and fix any bugs to ensure code performs as expected
2. Translate custom code into no-code solutions - where possible
3. Identify Salesforce functions for optimization with priority, estimates and time-frame

1. Task 2: Modification of Forms Consultant will repair/replace and optimize existing forms

• Task 2 Deliverables:

1. Modify Case Intake form
2. Populate Salesforce events with an uploaded list of volunteers
3. Fix button functionality on the list of volunteer events

1. Task 3: Training Consultant will produce written documentation and deliver training to staff

• Task 3 Deliverables:

1. Written documentation of software modifications
2. User manual of functionality for staff training
3. Structured staff training on the functionality of the modified software

Mandatory Skills/Requirements:

1. Strong experience in the recent (last) 2 years in the following Salesforce services:

1. Service and/or Case Management CRM systems
2. Digital Engagement forms
3. Integration with agency websites
4. Retiring Custom Code into no-code solutions
5. Modifying (repair/replace/optimize) existing forms
6. Providing Written Documentation for Software modifications and User Manuals
7. Providing Staff training on Software Functionality.
