The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving creative processes through innovation and AI, and delivering high-impact creative solutions from concept through production. Responsibilities Lead the creative vision and strategy across multiple consumer brands. Oversee packaging design, branding, marketing assets, and product launches. Manage the creative process from concept development through final production. Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand execution. Develop innovative creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs. Direct internal creative teams and external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed. Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, packaging, e-commerce, and marketing channels. Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new creative opportunities. Manage creative timelines, budgets, and project priorities. Qualifications Extensive experience leading creative strategy for multiple consumer brands. Proven success in packaging development and product launches. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and marketing excellence. Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
