What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, respecting privacy and individual needs
Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Document care activities accurately in EPIC or other electronic health records
Educate patients and families, building understanding and cooperation
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
NIH Certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems (EPIC preferred)

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Certification in clinical specialty areas
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good judgment and interpersonal skills
