Qualifications & Desired Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing CFY Prior school-based experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations Proficiency or openness to providing teletherapy Collaborative attitude and commitment to evidence-based practice Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver direct and/or virtual speech-language therapy to students across grade levels Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes and communications in compliance with school guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a trusted specialist Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each students educational and communication goals Stay current with best practices through professional development initiatives This contract role is a dynamic chance to make a meaningful difference in the educational journey of children while further developing your own clinical skills.
