As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will: Performa wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans. Maintainknowledge of and advises applicants on available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting guidelines. Meetstandards and objectives defined by management for mortgage loan sales and cross-sells other Credit Union products. Work with a team who values people over money. We DO NOT turn away loans based off their size. Maintainhigh levels of customer service while managing each applicant, vendor, and department expectations. Establishand maintain professional partnerships with realtors and others within the community which benefits the Credit Union. Have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or 2 years of progressive experience in lending related positions. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to demonstrate strong resiliency.
