Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $16.90 - $24.00 per hour.

This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer service experience. You will work directly around customers and their vehicles, helping ensure each visit is smooth, professional, and efficient.

You’ll be part of the service team and play a key role in supporting daily operations while building foundational skills for career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the service drive with a professional and friendly approach 
• Support the service team by moving, staging, and organizing vehicles safely and efficiently 
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area 
• Assist with customer needs related to their vehicle during their visit 
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members 
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and attention to detail 
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude 
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support service operations 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service mindset (hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus) 
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach 
• Strong communication and listening skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
