Key Responsibilities Specialized Evaluations : Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments. Tailored Treatment Plans : Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client‑specific needs. Direct Therapy Delivery : Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients. Collaborative Approach : Engage with our multi‑disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care. Educational Involvement : Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions. Training Role : Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client‑specific guidance. Employment Type : Full‑time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability. Salary Range : $60,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Billing Quota : 25 hours per week of direct client service. Requirements Advanced Degree : Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Certification : Current CCC certification from ASHA, or current CF Indiana License. Licensing : Valid license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Communication Skills : Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication. Ethical Standards : Commitment to the highest ethical standards and practices.
