About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive analytical rigor, forecasting accuracy, and capital efficiency across Nscale’s global hardware supply chain. This role supports the Director of Global Sourcingand turns demand signals, deployment plans, and infrastructure expansion roadmaps into actionable procurement, allocation, and inventory strategies. You’ll work across commercial, infrastructure, finance, and supply chain planning activities to help ensure GPUs and supporting hardware are available in the right region, at the right time, and in the right configuration. Your work will directly shape how Nscale plans and scales hardware availability across multiple global datacenter regions while reducing excess inventory, stranded capital, and supply risk. What you'll be doing Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts for GPUs, servers, networking, and supporting infrastructure Translate commercial pipeline, expansion plans, and infrastructure roadmaps into hardware demand models Perform scenario modeling for capacity expansion, supply constraints, and regional demand shiftsImprove forecast accuracy and planning methodologies over time GPU & Component Supply Analysis Build detailed supply visibility models across GPU vendors, OEMs, and integrators Track allocation risks, lead times, and region-specific supply constraints Monitor supply concentration risks and develop mitigation strategies Analyze inventory levels, turns, aging, and stranded capital risks Identify excess, obsolete, or underutilized hardware and recommend rebalancing strategies Support spare pooling and buffer stock optimization Build reporting that connects inventory position to capital efficiency metrics Regional Coordination & Deployment Readiness Model cross-region allocation strategies to balance customer demand and hardware availability Support new datacenter launches with hardware readiness analysis Analyze customs, logistics, and import/export constraints affecting deployment timelines Build and maintain dashboards covering demand versus supply position, GPU allocation status, inventory health and aging, and procurement lead times Provide executive-ready analysis to support strategic supply decisions Partner with Finance to align hardware forecasts with capital planning models Develop risk models and sensitivity analyses for supply shocks, vendor concentration, geopolitical constraints, pricing volatility, allocation shifts, and demand surges About You 8-10 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or hardware procurement analytics Experience in datacenter, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, or high-performance computing environments Direct exposure to GPU-based supply chains across multiple regions is a strong advantage Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle economics in capital-intensive environments Experience working with OEMs, hardware vendors, and global logistics providers Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Strong SQL skills and experience working with large operational datasets Experience with supply chain planning systems such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into executive-level insights What we can offer you Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months Join one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies — your chance to directly shape how global AI capacity is planned and deployed Dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions; grow by leading critical cross‑functional initiatives and shaping capital strategy with full support Human‑First Flexibility: flexible workplace trusting Nscalers to deliver, giving you autonomy to shape your day around life's moments We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio‑economic backgrounds We can accommodate your specific situation—just let us know Salary Range Base salary range: $110,000 - $159,000 USD. Compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, education, location, and may be eligible for bonus, equity, and commission programs.
