Maintenance Technician- Madison Area

Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician in Madison, WI! We're currently looking for a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities in the Madison, WI area. What You'll Do: Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned. Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make-readies, ensure all apartments scheduled for move-ins are fully completed prior to move-in. Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager. Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds. Communicate with vendors and contractors. What You'll Bring: Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call assignment. Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements. Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
