Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team in Queens, NY, providing patient care for those recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using electronic medical records. Treat a broad adult population, including post-operative and chronic cases. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, active NY State license, and BLS certification. Preferably, candidates have outpatient experience, musculoskeletal treatment background, and certifications in orthopedic manual therapy or modalities like therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. Skills Ability to assess patients accurately, develop effective treatment strategies, and manage documentation efficiently. Comfortable working with diverse adult populations and chronic conditions.
