• * Position Summary **

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planning Analyst to support the Supply Chain Systems team. This position will primarily assist with supply chain system testing, Maximo data cleanup, SharePoint document organization, and coordination of technology-related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with Maximo and SharePoint, demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, and can effectively coordinate information across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Perform testing of supply chain systems, including documenting results, identifying issues, and supporting issue resolution. Review, validate, correct, and maintain data within Maximo and other supply chain systems. Organize, classify, and maintain electronic documents and records in SharePoint. Ensure documents and system data are complete, accurate, consistently named, and easily accessible. Provide administrative and project coordination support for Supply Chain Strategy and Technology initiatives. Track project activities, milestones, deliverables, outstanding items, and deadlines. Monitor a portfolio of projects and initiatives and provide regular status updates. Coordinate with internal departments and external workgroups to obtain information required for system testing, scheduling, reporting, and project analysis. Assist with researching and resolving system, data, documentation, and project-related issues. Develop, document, and maintain processes that support project coordination and communication among Oncor workgroups. Prepare and maintain project documentation, tracking reports, meeting notes, and supporting materials. Support special projects and other Supply Chain Strategy and Technology assignments as needed. Perform other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position. Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience supporting supply chain, technology, project coordination, data management, or document-control activities preferred. Experience with Maximo and SharePoint strongly preferred. Experience performing system testing, data validation, or data cleanup preferred. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to organize and maintain large volumes of electronic documents. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and organizational levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust plans as priorities change. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team.
