Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in West Palm Beach. In this role, you will provide specialized pediatric physical therapy services that enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for children with diverse needs. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play an essential role in helping our young clients reach their fullest potential.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate families on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient care strategies
• Stay current with advancements and best practices in pediatric physical therapy

 

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and treatment methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children and families
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
