For more information, please visit us at Position Summary INTERNSHIP SUMMARY: Students will be supervised by a Licensed Social Worker at our Midtown Brances facility in Ft. Worth, TX. Learn how our facility impacts the community and participate in treatment teams with a multidisciplinary team approach. This is an unpaid internship. LOCATION: 900 Jerome Street, Ft. Worth, TX 76104 Key Responsibilities Conduct Bio-psychosocial assessments Discharge planning and identifying resources within the community for aftercare Psychoeducational groups and therapeutic processing groups Qualifications Currently enrolled in a graduate program for social work, counseling or other related field and has met the requirements to participate in a practicum/internship Letter of recommendation from Practicum Advisor Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling or another related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality Successful completion of background and drug screenings All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
