Project ManagerBooth & Associates, LLC is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in providing a full range of engineering, surveying and project management services to the utility industry. We are currently looking for a qualified Project Manager responsible for managing key client projects, communicating with project team, managing budgets and schedules.Position Responsibilities Include:Determine and define project scope and objectivesPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs in order to meet budgetDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholdersAssigning tasks to team members and communicate the expected deliverablesManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverablesMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementAbility to solve problems individually and as part of a teamLead meetings and take detailed notesPosition Requirements Include:A degree from a university or a project management certificate or equivalent2-4 years of project management experienceEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsProficient in business writing and have an excellent command of the English languagePosition Preferred Skills Include:Project management experience in the engineering or construction industryBachelor's degree in business, construction management, or supply chain managementExperience in the electrical, structural, or mechanical industryAttention to detail and analytical skills
