responsibilities:

• Drive the complete development lifecycle for custom fixtures and mechanical sub-systems, taking projects from initial concept and prototyping through to final validation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements, align stakeholders, and deliver clear recommendations to guide project next steps.

• Create detailed mechanical designs and precise GD&T drawings to support component sourcing, assembly, and rigorous hardware testing.

• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges on existing test platforms using advanced analytical techniques.

• Manage multiple projects independently , adapting engineering techniques to solve diverse problems where initial information may be limited.
