Location: Beverly, MA
Pay rate: $19 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)

- Pay increases after 1 year and 3 years of service, pending performance evaluations

- Provide personal assistance, teach, and support a group of young people who have autism without a developmental disability
- Assess Individuals' trainings needs, cultivate descriptive teaching programs, and monitor effectives through data collection
- Adapt your own interests (art, music, cooking, health & fitness, etc.) to teach others new skills
- Develop and implement community-based activities
- Provide personal care and assistance to Individuals consistent with individual needs as they strive to reach their goals
- High School diploma required (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
