This position pays $23.00 per hour. Candidates for this position must have prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting, and a college degree will be preferred. This position requires a combination of day, evening and weekend hours, and schedule flexibility when program needs arise.Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ:18 Years of AgeHigh School Diploma/GEDBasic Computer SkillsValid Driver's LicenseAcceptable Driving RecordPrevious Experience in the FieldThe right person for this position must be able to work as a highly responsible team member to provide encouraging support to the people we serve through the challenges of daily life.
