Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels, a company that has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995, is hiring Team Members to provide a positive guest experience in a fast‑paced bakery environment. Our stores close at 2pm, giving you flexibility in your schedule while allowing you to enjoy a healthy work‑life balance. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Maintain the quality of the food and beverages served. Keep the store environment safe and clean. Act as a brand ambassador to promote company values. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Opportunities to advance to Shift Leader or Manager roles. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Must be able to work varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus but not required. Benefits Flexible schedule – no evenings or nights, and no work past 3pm.
