Now Hiring: Shuttle Driver


Love driving, staying active, and helping people? Join our team as a Shuttle Driver and help keep our staff moving safely and smoothly each day!


We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and safety-focused driver to transport team members between offsite parking and our community while providing top-notch customer service along the way.

Pay: $18.35-$20.19 per hour DOE


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport staff to and from offsite parking
• Assist passengers getting in and out of the shuttle when needed
• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and maintenance checks on vehicles
• Complete vehicle logs and report repair needs promptly
• Help with occasional deliveries and pickups for the community
• Communicate with security and team members throughout the day

Experience/Requirements:

• Valid driver's license & great driving record
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (can be obtained upon hire)
• Experience transporting passengers in a bus required
• Experience working in a senior living environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Flexibility to work outdoors and in Arizona summer heat
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
