Travel - Temporary Assignment
Start date: 07/13/2026 | Duration: 8 weeks | Shift: 3x12 Days | Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week | Weekly pay: 1,334–1,359 USD
You will provide on-site nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting, focusing on long-term resident care and daily living support for adults requiring ongoing medical attention and assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the resident records.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; report findings to the supervising RN and collaborate on care plans.
- Provide routine nursing care, including vital signs, wounds, catheter care, assistance with activities of daily living, and mobility support.
- Perform ongoing assessments, update care plans, and document care interventions and resident responses in the charting system.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centered care and communicate changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain infection control practices, patient safety, and privacy standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state of New Mexico or valid multi-state/compact license)
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma or associate degree)
- Ability to perform 12-hour shift duties in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment at a temporary facility location
