Job Overview Facility: Community Based General Pediatrics – Urbana Department: Community Based Pediatrics – North Schedule: Full time Hours: 32 Responsibilities Perform treatments for patients. Conduct phone triage. Administer medications. Assist with employee education and orientation. Provide patient and family education to improve health outcomes. Involve family/significant others in planning healthcare and health decisions. Delegate and evaluate health care to assistive personnel according to the hospital plan for nursing. Recognize and advocate for each patient’s individual health needs. Provide considerate, respectful care affirming patients’ right to make decisions regarding their medical care. Qualifications Commitment to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
