Why Join Our Team Daily Pay – Work Today, Get Paid Today Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement & Career Growth Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team & Collaborative Culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes What You’ll Do Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations Provide hands‑on leadership and supervision to nursing staff Support and ensure compliance with CMS regulations, state survey standards, and facility policies Conduct rounds to monitor resident care, documentation accuracy, and clinical outcomes Assist with survey readiness and actively participate during state and federal surveys Oversee staffing coordination, scheduling support, and coverage needs Investigate incidents, concerns, and grievances with professionalism and urgency Lead and support infection control and QAPI initiatives Coach, mentor, and develop the nursing team members Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on quality care and resident satisfaction What We’re Looking For RN preferred; LVN/LPN considered with strong leadership experience Current nursing license in good standing in Texas Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Skilled nursing / long‑term care experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and LTC standards Proven ability to lead, multitask, and drive accountability in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Leadership Expectations Lead by example with professionalism and clinical excellence Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams Serve as a mentor and coach to nursing staff Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a clinical setting Ability to respond to emergencies and provide direct resident care when necessary Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Cleveland Health Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
