Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role focuses on delivering occupational therapy services across Morrisville, Yardley, and Newtown, helping young students access the support they need to thrive both during the Extended School Year (ESY) and beyond, for the 2026–2027 academic calendar. With a flexible start in July and an evolving caseload as referrals develop, this position is ideal for a seasoned OT eager to make a lasting impact within schools, following state credentialing requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active occupational therapy licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of one year of experience working as an OT in a school-based setting (new graduates cannot be considered)
• Familiarity with early intervention and preschool student needs
• Ability to adapt services as caseload and hours increase throughout the school year
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy to preschool-aged students, adhering to IEPs and supporting functional developmental goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure holistic support
• Conduct ongoing assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights for student growth
• Manage a flexible schedule, starting with part-time summer hours (approximately 15 hours/week), expanding during the academic term
